The Cheesy Toast Shack began in Spring 2016, with the mission to serve the best grilled cheese in Scotland. Fast forward on from then, and we have already been named The Best Place To Eat at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and are selling our Scottish grilled cheese at a wide range of high profile events, including Glastonbury Festival.
We are proud to promote the use of some of the best produce Scotland has to offer, constantly changing our menu to keep our options fresh and seasonal.
We've been featured in a range of press from The Metro, The Scotsman and ITV News.

The Scottish Street Food Annual Awards

On the 12-14 May, at the Pitt — the amazing street food space in Edinburgh. A food fight, on the Friday and Saturday, with a public vote to chose the finalists competing for bragging rights on the Sunday. After May 14, the Scottish champion will then compete in the British Street Food Awards at the end of September.
